[PER] Images of the Soviet Union
Sep. 2nd, 2003 12:10 pm
- Images of the Soviet Union с "марксисткого" сайта.

Date: 2003-09-02 03:46 am (UTC)It wouldn't take me to the web site because of the language barrier :/ Maybe there's some sort of language converter on LJ. Have you heard of anything like that?

Date: 2003-09-02 04:01 am (UTC)and also, in the first comment there is link to a very interesting project, the guy colelcted over 8000 images of post-soviet eastern europe and russia. it is also in english...
there are plenty of on-line translators, from almost every possible language to anywere... i have lots of links, but there are in the office (i'm working at home today)
just the first one - prompt-online: http://translation2.paralink.com/
for example, it translates the above text as:
"To fans (amateurs) to collect a history 80, 70 and even hardly earlier... - Images of the Soviet Union with "marksistkogo" a site.
In my opinion, they pereskanirovali them from any album though do not write from what. It is difficult to present, that a similar album would print in 80 or earlier. Probably, any separate things could pass in something like " the Soviet photo ".
Authors, plainly time it is not specified. circa 1980s...
Pick the Soviet union, more shortly. A pancake as all this deeply sits..."
it is not that bad :) there are a couple of words it doesn't get - like "marksistkogo" (but you could guess it is from "marxist") or "pereskanirovali" (you could also guess it is from "scan")...
there is one remarkable mistake! "pancake" here does not mean a dish; it is a soft swearing in russian, something like "shit" in english... lol
