"For the last two years Philips has been the number one company in patent applications with the World Intellectual Property Organization," Philips said in a statement.
By selling the right to use its innovations, Philips squeezes hundreds of millions of euros a year from its portfolio of intellectual property. License revenues have increased by some 10 percent a year since Philips made it a priority of its business in the mid 1990s. :: собственно заметка
