it is game, called for some reasons 'putin-chess' (don't ask me why)
the rules are in russian, so i'll explain:
you have to put the figures of one color in a row - of minimun four pieces, but the more the better. the figures moves according to thier 'normal' chess rules (you can also (b)eat another color).
when you complete the row, the figures disappear; if are not (yet) completed the row, new pieces will pop up.
for each completed row you get your scores and also the right to play further (bars on the right). when the bards are over, the game is over too :)
