well, obviously it's a "choose all that apply" survey - ie, those who mix business with pleasure are more likely to also agree that they can't live with out it, as are some of those who use it purely for business.

and then there are some of those who use it purely for business who hate the thing, which is why they have no interest in using it for talking to friends.

i hate mine. just got it for when i drive. i have many free minutes monthly with which i could call my family in california, but the sound quality is so bad, it makes me irritable while talking to them, so i'd rather pay 5 cents a minute and talk on a good phone.
