yep! i have to very much thank you for the babel-fish-translations! we came home a while ago and still loughing :)) i'll comment later today on where's the fun ^_^
there is a number of coding systems for cyrillic letters, and sometimes the bugs (mistakes) can occur when translating from one to another... i can always fix them on my side (well, almost always), but for you it might be a problem from time to time... also becasue you don't know how the 'normal' russian text should look like :)

Well, earlier it showed up and I translated it on BF, but then when I looked at it the next time on my friends list, it looked like that. I've noticed LJ doing that the last couple of days, but never before. :(
