but honestly, these are exactly the questions we are now trying to solve. we have so many friends playing on the american servers that there is almost no sense to start in europe.
surely pvp, and we are in favor of the horde, of course :))
but again, the friends... i'll keep you informed on the final choice :)

Date: 2005-12-09 12:23 am (UTC)i play horde on a pve server that sucks, is full, and i certainly can't recommend. i play alliance on a pvp server that's medium-full, but i just got started and don't know how it is quite yet. either way, i can't stress enough that you try to land on a server that isn't full. there are nightly queues now and you have to wait to get in the game (something they said would be fixed a year ago).
it will be interesting for you, i'm sure. the world and art have always meant much more to me than just the numbers flying by (the same applied to everquest). i look forward to hearing what you think of the whole mess.
also i recommend playing through all of warcraft 3 before you get into the big game. there's a lot of good backstory.
