"Canciano Pino, an unconventional Chilean artist, rescued a cow from the slaughterhouse and used a crane to lift it to the roof of a 10-story building in the Chilean capital of Santiago. He now gets feeds the cow as part of a project called 'Cow Documentary,' which - they say - aims at provoking people and making them reflect about the limits of art"
