The Topsy-Turvy Bus is being driven across country toward New Hampshire, and later this year to Iowa, joining a campaign that's urging presidential candidates to increase investment in families and communities by shifting Pentagon spending to programs that build strong communities.

Cohen is a co-founder of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream.
